Thomas Fillebrown works in acrylic on paper, canvas, and textile, with occasional forays into three-dimensional design and digital printmaking. his current work explores the relationship of color, texture, and depth and how these elements influence our perception of image.

education

He has a BA in art from California State University, Humboldt, and an MFA from Montana State University in printmaking and painting, where he taught studio art.

Mr. Fillebrown is currently a professor of applied art and design at sierra college in Rocklin, California, where he teaches classes in visual communication, graphic design, illustration, photoshop, magazine publication, and book design. he resides in Sacramento, California with his wife and daughter.
